At the core of human existence lies a fundamental desire to belong and feel understood. We each have a deep yearning for purpose, the drive to find meaning in our life through work, creativity, or service to others. Our pursuit of happiness is paramount and influences our physical health, emotional well-being, and mental peace.
A clear sense of purpose in life is immeasurable. The famous psychiatrist and author Viktor Frankl emphasized in his book, Man’s Search for Meaning, that having a strong sense of purpose can help individuals survive even the most horrendous of circumstances. According to Frankl, “Life is never made unbearable by circumstances, but only by lack of meaning and purpose...to choose one's attitude in any given set of circumstances [is] to choose one's own way."
I offer comprehensive neuropsychological assessment for adults (and some teens) tailored to each patient's individual and unique needs. Neuropsychological evaluations provide the opportunity to gain insight into cognitive, emotional, and behavioral functioning, as well as aid in guiding treatment recommendations for a variety of conditions, including suspected neurodegenerative disorders and acquired brain injuries (i.e., cognitive changes following stroke, TBI, seizures, debility, encephalopathy, chronic health conditions). I offer in-office testing, ensuring a comfortable and personalized experience. Whether you're seeking clarity on memory, ADHD, or mood concerns, we're here to help. Autism evaluations and evaluations for students 16 and older may be possible, depending on the specific situation (i.e., the tests required). We do not accept insurance at this time.
